The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a vendor to provide Nortel Network
Infrastructure maintenance and support services for existing Nortel equipment and software at Central Piedmont
Community College. The maintenance and support services will be for a period of one (1) year with two (2) optional one
(1) year renewals or for a three (3) year period. The State will select the option that is most advantageous to the State.
Bidding will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda thereto.
