Norfolk Vet Center Janitorial Contract: POP: 10/1/14 - 9/30/14: Value $17,697.12
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia will be soliciting proposal for Janitorial Service for the Norfolk and Virginia Beach Veteran Centers. Contractor will provide all management, supervision, licenses, tools, supplies equipment, materials transportation and labor to perform Housekeeping/janitorial Services. A request for quote for (VA246-14-Q-0975) will be issued within two weeks.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 01, 2014 (or date of award) through September 30, 2015, with a four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government.
The applicable NAICS Code is 521720 with a size standard of $15.0 Million. This is a 100% Service Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-aside.
