The Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. is an international organization with multiple subsidiaries. The board of directors has recently moved to make long range/strategic planning a bi-annual executive board activity, in an effort to facilitate organizational growth, and retention and enhancement of membership, and identify other long range goals and objectives for the Society. We have determined that an independent third party to serve as a facilitator of this process should be retained by the board.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidates to undertake a facilitator role, in order that we may conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best meets our needs.
