The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 5556 EA. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination and FOB Destination, delivery 274 days ARO or less. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 11/01/18, and the closing date is on or around 12/03/18. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the solicitation.
