Nonemergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Full Risk Broker Services
One or more qualified, financially sound, full-risk capitation brokers (FRB) to directly coordinate nonemergency transportation services using a network of providers contracted by the FRB in the metropolitan areas listed within the RFP. HHSC must ensure that nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) services are available for all eligible clients who do not have other means of transportation to program eligible services such as the doctor, dentist, or pharmacy.
