The Organization is seeking a consultant or consultants to assist in the initial creation and set-up of the Institute for Quality Public Services (IQPS).
The organization will be a 501c(3) organization whose mission will be to identify ways to improve the quality of public services in California by identifying the most effective means to train and upgrade the skills of public employees working in state service.
We invite you to submit a proposal to assist us in creating this innovative Institute.
