The RCOW is soliciting competitive quotes for the following. The ACS Victim's Advocacy program Advocate shall be responsible for screening victims of domestic violence, evaluating their needs, and providing them with information about domestic violence, safe and confidential ways to seek assistance, their rights as Army spouses and co-habituating intimate partners, and the resources and services available to them. Anticipated award type: FFP on or about 23 Jul 2014 through 22 Jul 2015 for a period of 12 months and including 2 option periods of 12 months each.
