This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached attachments: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Service Contract Wage Determinations applicable to the localities.
The PWS covers all work potentially required, and Technical Exhibit 3 of the PWS gives specific estimated workload data for the event to include amount of dental treatment requested. There is a total of nine (9) events listed for the months of January and March.
The synopsis/solicitation document contains instructions on what to submit with quotation and terms and conditions of a resulting contract.
