Non-Sport Specific Conditioning Training
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROCURE ANY SERVICES, NOR IS IT THE INTENT OF THE NEBRASKA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOUGHT.
1. INFORMATION: This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of the small business and socio-economic market. The primary type of work will include Sports and Recreation Instruction, Non-Sport Specific Conditioning Training. Any resulting solicitation will be issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611620 and size standard is $7.5 million.
2. PROJECT SCOPE: This is a possible future requirement for Non-Sport Specific Conditioning Training for high school and college aged students. A draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) is attached. This SOO is a draft. The Government retains the right to adjust/alter/change it at any time.
3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: all interested firms shall complete the Sources Sought Information Request Form (or similar document with the same information) and submit it via email to Jarod.w.epp.mil@mail.mil. Submissions shall be received by 10:00 AM, Central Standard Time, 24 January 2019 and shall not exceed six (6) one-sided 8.5x11 pages, to include Sources Sought Information Request Form.
This synopsis is only for market research purposes. This Sources Sought does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government shall not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this Sources Sought marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside of the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Interested offeror's shall address this requirement through this Sources Sought in written format via email to Jarod.w.epp.mil@mail.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought will not be accepted. Personal visits for discussing this announcement will not be scheduled.
