Non-Resident Alien Tax Reporting Software
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the California State University System with an existing software product that provides functionality to the institution facilitating compliance with the Internal Revenue Services nonresident alien (NRA) tax rules, regulations and reporting requirements. Small Business Preference and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) provisions are applicable to this RFP.
