seeking qualifications from Non-Profit tax exempt as a 501(C)(3) or (C)4 organizations that provide Affordable Housing as Developers, Owners and/or Sponsors and who desire to become a County designated Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) with the intent to compete for HOME Investment Partnership Program funds.
