Non-Personal Services for Experimental Therapeutics Medicinal Chemistry Tasks
Solicitation W81XWH-18-R-0012 will be issued on or about 7 November 2017 and proposals will be due on or about 27 November 2017 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The Government requirement is for Non-Personal Services for Experimental Therapeutics Medicinal Chemistry Tasks for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) in Silver Spring, MD. Service includes purification and characterization of organic compounds as needed. Reports resulting from the purification and characterization will be specified in individual task orders and will be provided to the WRAIR technical point of contact along with the purified or characterized material. The contractor is responsible for shipping the compounds to the WRAIR and for mailing or e-mailing the reports resulting from procurement, synthesis, purification, and characterization to the point of contact specified in the task order. The contractor shall provide the manpower required to accomplish these tasks. This is a a follow-on requirement to a multi-award IDIQ. Incumbents: AAPharmasyn LLC, Organix Inc, and Ash Stevens Inc. This may be a multiple award IDIQ contract with individual Task Orders issued as the Government develops requirements for these services to be performed. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 541713. This contracting office will not be issuing hard copies of the solicitation. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7003, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be register in the Central Contractor Registration database. Proposals will be evaluated on a best value and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award to include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods (if exercised).
