Department of Radiology, Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, has a requirement for non-personal maintenance services for Government-owned digital imaging mammography equipment. Maintenance shall include all labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, parts, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and any other repairs, to include unlimited telephonic assistance and unlimited on-site maintenance repairs
