Non-Personal Healthcare Services- Physician and Other Professional Ambulatory Services for the PRC Program
The Indian Health Service, Albuquerque Area Office, 4101 Indian School Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 intends to enter into: 1) multiple formal contract awards under a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts, or 2) Rate Quote Agreements under the rate-quote methodology, to provide Non-Personal Healthcare Services- Physician and Other Professional Ambulatory Services for the Indian Health Service (IHS) beneficiaries that are eligible for the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) Program within the Indian Health Service system. The non-personal healthcare services to be provided are for outpatient specialty health care services that are not available through the IHS delivery of health care; for example, cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, general surgery, oncology, podiatry, orthotics, prosthetics, dialysis, ophthalmology, eye surgery, urology, renal dialysis, etc. Services shall be performed at the contractor's place of business to IHS/PRC Patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. General duties include independently providing a full range of health assessments, treatment, including prescribing medications if needed to the patients that are seen in order to accomplish the required tasks. Two packages are available for download, but only one package needs to be chosen and returned and responses will now be accepted for a period of two years after the issuance of the solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 621111 and this solicitation is unrestricted. The solicitation reference is 17-242-SOL-00018 and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. The location for services will be in New Mexico and Colorado and must be in close proximity for the patients we serve.
