Non-Personal Administrative Support Services for the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT)


This competition is restricted exclusively to the Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) program.  


The USDOT has a need for non-personal administrative and relevant program management support services. In support of the USDOT administrative shared services initiative, it is the intent of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to award multiple administrative support Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that can be utilized upon request by any USDOT Operating Administration (OA).


The Contractor(s) shall have the technical experience, expertise and capability to successfully perform the activities at their site and/or any USDOT facility throughout the United States of America as requested. At a minimum, the needed expertise and capabilities shall include: 


Program Management (on-site and off-site) and 
Skilled administrative staff capabilities to support office functionality, business processes, and customer service at four levels with progressively higher knowledge and responsibility, including:

•a.      Administrative Support I

•b.     Administrative Support II

•c.      Administrative Support III

•d.     Executive Assistant


Required minimum qualifications for the necessary labor categories are included in the solicitation.

Interested parties may register at the aforementioned site to receive a variety of procurement announcements/notifications. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any amendments to the RFP package.
