The Franklin County Commissioners on behalf of Job and Family Services is seeking bids for Non-
Emergency Transportation Service (NET Service). The specific objective of the purchased transportation
service will be to transport eligible individuals as determined by Franklin County Job and Family Services to and/or from their place of residence or other site for the purpose of receiving medical care. The initial contract will be for a two year period with the option for two additional 1 year period at the sole discretion of Franklin County.
