Description of Service:
Non-Emergency Ambulance Transportation Services VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System
The Contractor shall furnish Non-Emergency Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance Transportation Services for the patients/beneficiaries of the Grand Island and Lincoln Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) within the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System.

Offerors shall have active registration at System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, at time of offer.
Offeror shall provide a copy of State of Nebraska Emergency Medical Services Advanced Life Support (ALS) services license from Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) at time of offer; per Nebraska DHHS, a separate BLS license is not required to provide BLS services if firm has ALS license.
