Non-Clinical Medical Case Management
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is W91ZRS-19-R-0003 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The associated NAICS code is 621999 with small business size standard of $15.0 mil.

In order to provide timely responses to all questions, no questions/RFIs will be accepted after 5:00 pm EST on 03 April, 2019.
Offers shall be received not later than 5:00 pm EST on April 29, 2019. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). Proposals will only be accepted via email, no fax or hard copies will be accepted. All proposals shall be emailed to Eric S. Bailey at eric.s.bailey.civ@mail.mil.
