Non-Clinical Case Management Services
The Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG) has a requirement for Medical Readiness Non-Clinical Case Management Services for a base year and four one-year option periods. The services of Non Clinical Case Management requires a coordinated interdisciplinary plan of care for a Soldier, from injury/illness/disease to being returned to duty or medically separated from the WYARNG is intended to act as a liaison between Soldier, Unit and Military healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
