The Port Of Oakland requests Statements of Qualifications from consultants
qualified to provide airport noise consulting services to assist in the design and
preparation of plans and specifications for upgrades to the airport noise and
operations monitoring system at Oakland International Airport (OAK). The
consultant will advise the Port on system design specifications and assist with
the installation of the replacement fixed noise monitors as well as other services
and upgrades identified in the scope of work.
