Noise Analysis & Abatement and Air Quality Analysis
The State is requesting statement of qualifications from consulting firms to provide services under one of two categories: 1) highway traffic noise analysis; OR 2) both highway traffic noise analysis and air quality analysis services. The locations of the “projects” are statewide and may involve a number of preconstruction projects, construction projects, existing facilities, and proposed facilities.
