The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) hereby publishes this solicitation for the procurement of No Magic brand software license and maintenance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is N66001-19-Q-6770. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20180928. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. NAICS, 541519, Standard Size 27.5 Million Description of requirements: The proposed action is for a brand-name specific, firm fixed price contract for No Magic software licenses and software maintenance/assurance in support NIWCs Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) capabilities, which will be established on the Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) networks Please see attached BOM for item descriptions and quantities.
