The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) hereby publishes this solicitation for the procurement of No
Magic brand software license and maintenance. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation for commercial
items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented
with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; proposals are
being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this requirement is N66001-19-Q-6770. This
solicitation document
incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 2019-01 and
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice
20180928. It is the
