Next Generation Sequencing
The University is seeking a collaborative partnership with an external partner in order to perform Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) on research specimens with a substantial increase in the numbers of samples that would need to undergo NGS analysis to translate patient molecular profiles obtained from genomic, transcriptional, and proteomic analyses to improve therapeutic regimens.
