In order to obtain non-classified attachments, you will need to submit an email request from your company along with your CAGE code, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY DOWNLOADED THE ATTACHMENTS LISTED IN THE DRAFT RFP. Non-classified attachments will be provided via ARL SAFE.
This Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is to support Next Generation Load Device - Medium (NGLD-M) Project Lead Network Enablers (PL Net E) and Product Lead Communications Security (PdL COMSEC)'s requirement for a NGLD family of replacement for the aging fleet of Simple Key Loader (SKL) devices. Funds are not presently available for this effort and no award will be made under this draft solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this draft solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this draft solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This procurement is being conducted under the 'fair opportunity' requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.
