Next Generation 9-1-1 Management Service for the State

The State intends to secure a contract for management of 911 over NetTN. NetTN is a custom outsourced, dedicated MPLS network with managed serivces. The NetTN Network serivce utilizes a single, statewide communciations infrastruction to provide virtual private networks with broadband connectivity. The Emergency Communications Board provides oversight and direction for emergency communications in the state. The board is planning to move to a fully integrated Next Generation 911 solution leveraging the NetTN network and a phased approach.
