Newsletter Designer
It is the intent of the unit to acquire design services to provide graphic layout for 6 employer newsletter editions and 12 employee editions, an electronic newsletter on an annual basis and other related graphic services. These newsletters will be distributed to worksites to encourage participation in Ridesharing. The e-newsletter will consist of a main newsletter design shell linked to articles housed on a web site, 12 editions of a secondary page newsletter shell and a template for a one-page employee newsletter flyer in a PDF format that is printable. Other services include layout and design of materials and PowerPoint presentations for other transportation related events such as awards luncheons.
