The Resource Recovery and Recycling Authority of Southwest County (RRRASOC) is soliciting
proposals to provide newsletter design, printing, and mailing services. Each spring, RRRASOC
prepares and mails a newsletter to approximately 57,000 single-family homes in the following
cities: Farmington, Farmington Hills, Southfield, South Lyon, Walled Lake, and Wixom. Each fall,
RRRASOC sends a similar, but slightly different, newsletter to another 17,000 single-family homes
in the City of Novi. A copy of the most recent (Fall 2008) newsletter, which represents the type of
design, content, and quality anticipated for future newsletters is available at the RRRASOC website
(www.RRRASOC/downloads) or the RRRASOC offices.
