The USITC is an independent, quasi-judicial Federal agency with broad investigative responsibilities on matters of trade. The Commission investigates the effects of dumped and subsidized imports on domestic industries and conducts global and bilateral safeguard investigations. The Commission also adjudicates cases involving imported goods that are alleged to infringe intellectual property rights. In addition, the USITC serves as a federal resource where trade data and other trade policy-related information are gathered and analyzed.


 

This posting serves as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number is 34300020Q0001.   The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC).  It is the responsibility of the Offeror to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

 

The USITC has a requirement for the procurement to obtain News Monitoring/Clippings Services.

 

Reference the Statement of Work, attached to this posting, for complete requirement. 

  

It is the responsibility of the Offeror to monitor this site for any amendment(s) that may be issuedto the RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quote as outlined in the RFQ, which will be considered by the agency.

Quotations shall be received by the Government on or before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday, November 4, 2019, emailed to meaghann.peak@usitc.gov and debra.bridge@ustic.gov.
