New website and Corporate Identity manual

replacing its website. As part of this drive, we are also revising our Corporate Identity
(CI).
To this end we are inviting expressions of interest from single suppliers / bidders
(who may sub-contract) to participate in the bidding process for:
Developing a Corporate Identity manual for the Council
Developing a new website for the Council
