This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the New York State Department of
Agriculture and Markets (Department) to invite qualified proposers to submit a proposal to: (A)
renovate, improve and operate the restaurant located in the Horticulture Building, and provide
food and beverage service at the Toyota Exhibit Center; (B) operate the Infield Restaurant, and
(C) operate the Grandstand Concession, each located at the Empire Expo Center, home of the
New York State Fair, in Syracuse (Town of Geddes, Onondaga County) New York.
