The purpose of this document is to solicit vendors to provide a cost and time estimate to redesign and redevelop an existing secure family website. The cost and time estimate will be used to prepare a 2013 Project Budget. At a later time in 2013, there will be an invitation for vendors to submit a proposal to develop the website.
