The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Contraction project: demolition and removal of and existing 30,000 water tank and delivery/construction of a (1) new 30,000-gallon potable water storage tank in the located in the Twin Creeks Area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM).

This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement, the NAICS code is 237110 and the size standard is $36.5 million.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
