ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Board Trustees of the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 at the District Board Room, 3497 N. Ammon Road, Idaho Falls, Idaho until 2:00 p.m., June 18, 2009, local prevailing time, for NEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER, BONNEVILLE JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 93, Idaho Falls, ID and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Plans, Specifications and form of Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the above named Clerk, and at the office of the Architects, and a set of said Plans, Specifications and forms for bidding may be obtained at the office of ALDERSON, KARST & MITRO ARCHITECTS, P.A., 379 "A" Street, Idaho Falls, ID, upon receipt of a refundable deposit of $150.00. A prebid conference will be held at the District Board Room, 3497 N. Ammon Road, Idaho Falls, ID starting at 9:00 am on June 2, 2009 Bidders are encouraged to attend. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond (with authorized surety company as surety) made payable to Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of bid. Government Obligations, as defined under Idaho Code Section 54-1901 (h), are NOT considered acceptable bid security. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality. No Bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, of before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
