New Student Portal Complex

Services to be performed: Design for the construction of a New Student Portal Complex consisting of a New Enrollment Center of approximately 17,500 square feet as Phase I. Phase II will consist of the addition of about 10,800 square feet and the remodel of approximately 21,000 sf for an expansion of the existing Student Center. The new construction and remodel work should be energy efficient as is practical and possible.
