New Storage Building
Prep site for the construction of a CMU/Metal Storage Building shell on an existing parking lot to store dry goods for the facility. Site prep shall include excavating, trenching, cutting and digging to intall sanitary sewers, storm water piping, manholes, inlets, trench drains and backfilling, new macadam, regrading and grass seeding. Also excavate to install concrete footings and foundations, CMU walls, doors, frames, lintels, an overhead door, a window and a pre-engineered rigid frame metal building.
