New Service Contract for Cesspool, Septic Tank, ATU, and Holding Tank at US Army Installations on Oahu, Hawaii
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform waste water inspection, pumping, cleaning, treatment, and disposal services for cesspools, septic tanks, holding tanks, and Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) at various Army Installations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
The solicitation/award will be 100% set-aside small business. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price requirements-type service contract based on FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
Period of Performance is base year plus four option periods. Site visit will be conducted on 6/6/2017 at 8:30a.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Quotes are due by 6/21/2017 at 10:00a.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
The solicitation will be uploaded with this posting. Need to provide all documents requested by the solicitation by the due date of 6/21/2017.
