Project Management, Ground Survey Data Collection to supplement the INDOT aerial
survey, Road and Bridge Design, Sign Design, Lighting Design, Utility and Railroad
Coordination, Permitting, Environmental Mitigation Plan Development, Right of Way Plan
Development and Real Estate Services.
