This is a pre solicitation notice. The Contractor will completely prepare site for building operations to construct a 20,000 square foot Primary Care Building (Building 24) on the Vancouver campus located north of Building 19. It will house VA primary care services (including Spinal Cord Injury, GM Psych and Women's Health) and support areas. The building will be a one story steel structure with brick veneer with the infrastructure for a future second story. Work also includes the relocated bus stop along Army Avenue.

This procurement is set aside 100% SDVOSB. The applicable NAICS code is
236220 / 33.5mil size standard.
Work will include, but is not limited to, architectural, interior design, landscaping, fire protection, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications work. Contract completion time will be 545 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract. As authorized by FAR 5.102(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and VA will provide no hard copies. The solicitation, consisting of various bid documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will be available for download at no charge at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website o/a May 12, 2014.
