New Physical Plant Facility
Seeking bids for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the New Physical Plant Facility, consisting of (3) structures totaling approximately 34,000 s.f. for administrative, warehouse, maintenance, parking, and fueling, for the following work: Earthwork, utilities and paving are required at the immediate site. A new access road to the site along with landscape screening and fencing will be included in the project. Pre-engineered metal buildings are being used with finished walls, floors and ceilings in the administrative and print shop areas; finished walls, sealed concrete floors and exposed structure in the unconditioned warehouse and shop spaces.
