New Meal Delivery System
Replace the existing meal preparation and delivery system in Hall. Currently meals are prepared offsite in a central cooking area, transferred and stored in the individual dining rooms. Meals are reheated in commercial grade "Re-Therm" units before serving. The result is a somewhat bland menu, with limited variety. The renovation project will upgrade existing architectural, electrical, and Plumbing systems to support new kitchen equipment, which will be provided by the Using Agency.
