New Library and City Hall Building
The City of St. Michael is seeking architects and related design professionals to submit a design, proposals and qualifications for the development of a joint Library-City Hall Building. The design submittal is intended to solicit ideas, promote public involvement in the design of the public facility, and evaluate the creativity, qualifications and experience of the design teams. The end result of this process will be the Citys selection of a preferred design team that will perform pre-design and master planning/design services for the project. Construction documents, bidding and construction administration would be a later phase the City may or may not elect to move forward with subsequent to the initial work.
