US General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for approximately 2,965 - 3,261 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of Space. The office shall include 10 parking spaces for Government vehicles. The parking spaces must be secure and reserved for agency use only.


The Government requires a fully serviced lease, shall include for a 24/7 operation, and have 24/7 access. The space must provide a secure path of travel from a sally port or parking area to the office space. The Government agents are authorized to carry weapons, and shall bring detainees into and out of the space. Detainees could be held in space for up to 12 hours. 


The delineated area boundaries are as follows:


Southern Boundary: Susquehanna River Western Boundary: Route 26 North West Boundary: from Route 26 to Pollard Hill Rd to E. Main Rd. to Route 112 to Route 89 to Route 4 becoming 104 to Route 11 to Highway 81 North East Boundary: From Route 11 & Highway 81 to Highway 88, ending at the Port Crane exit East Boundary: Albany Street to Pine Street, which becomes Depot Hill Road. Route 68 West to Route 185 south ending at Highway 81. From there (Highway 81) to Colesville Road to Highway 11 (Conklin Kirkwood Road) to Susquehanna River.


Offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility per the terms of the lease.


The proposed lease term is 15 years, 10 years firm.


Please reference Project Number 8NY2714. Submissions by other than owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.


New construction is not being considered by the Government.
