New International Student Residence Hall
Oregon State University (OSU) is seeking proposals from architectural firms for the architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, and electrical design for a new 180,000 square foot multi-use facility to be located on the OSU campus that will include a 450-500 bed 138,000 square foot suite style residence hall, a 5,000 square foot convenience store/coffee shop, 5,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of academic space and associated site work. Proposals will be accepted only from firms with documented recent (past 5 years) experience designing similar, suite-style, residence halls.
