Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85222, where copies can be obtained by calling the City Clerks Office (520) 421-8600. Only properly licensed bidders may obtain bidding documents from the City Clerk.
All bids must be submitted January 13, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. City time to the City Clerk, Gloria Leija, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85222. The bid opening will take place on January 13, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., Main Conference Room (2nd Floor), 510 E. Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande.
