New City Master Plan
The updated plan will serve as a guide in considering policy decisions, land use planning, budget preparation and capital improvement planning for the future of the City. The plan should also incorporate economic development, transportation, sustainability strategies, and potential implementation steps including responsible parties and potential funding sources and general amounts. The planning process should include a robust citizen participation process to insure the plan reflects the values and aspirations of the citizens. This plan should build on previous plans, as well as determine new directions.
