New City Hall Retail Lease

The City is working with a development partner for the construction of the City Hall facility, scheduled for completion in March 2012. The New City Hall will include approximately 1,338 square feet of interior retail space and 600 square feet of patio dining area for a total of 1,938 square feet of gross leasable area (GLA). The City is conducting this competitive proposal process to select on tenant ("Tenant") to lease the retail space and to operate a quick service restaurant ("QSR").

Proposals are due on June 1, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.
