New Central Library Construction Manager at Risk (Austin, TX)
The Work consists of a new central library containing a minimum of 250,000 square feet, located on W. Csar Chvez Street, which will house the collections and programs presently located in the John Henry Faulk Central Library. Of the total 250,000 square feet, 120,000 square feet are planned to be used as library spaces, 50,000 square feet are planned to be used for staff support spaces, and 80,000 square feet are planned to be left unfinished for future expansion.
