New Academic Building
SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide programming and design services for the construction of a new academic building. The building shall include, but not be limited to healthcare simulation centers, research center laboratories, classroom, administration, FF&E and associated spaces. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund. If your firm would like to be considered for this project, you must email Dotty Barger ([email protected]) to request the required SOQ format. Effective 1/1/06, in accordance with State Finance Law Section 139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be made to Dotty Barger (518) 689-2577 or Arthur Foo (518) 689-2577; or for MWBE issues, Lois McLaughlin (518) 689-2581. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
