& PUBLIC OUTREACH CAMPAIGN.
The Purchasing Division on behalf of the Nevada Office of the Secretary of State (SOS) is seeking to contract with a single vendor to serve as the marketing/advertising agency of record for the SOS to handle, on a non-exclusive basis, the 2010 Census marketing and outreach efforts of the State of Nevada within the State.
