Networks of Tissue Source Site
The Contractor shall establish Tissue Source Site (TSS) networks capable of delivering clinically
annotated biospecimens. The tissues and data shall be delivered to one of the Agency's Biospecimen
Core Resource(s) (BCR) for storage, quality control, processing into molecular analytes, and
other research efforts.
The Contractor shall be responsible for administratively and financially establishing, managing,
coordinating and operating relationships with multiple TSS.
